This phase involves the gathering of information from LEAs and other
potential users in order to identify the issues involved in designing

of the website, based on the information gathered during the needs assessment
During this phase the design specification are implemented into a pilot
website through adaptation, testing and programming functions.
Website implementation includes launching the pilot website and monitoring
its use in order to assess its role as learning and support tool.
- Report Production
A final report will be generated detailing web development methodology,
lessons learned and recommendations for maintenance of the website.
A key aspect of the project involves a continuous consultation with
the LEAs and other potential users in order to ensure that the website
will respond to their needs. These consultations will occur during all
the project phases.
