Quebec Regulation Respecting the Quality of Drinking Water

This regulation sets out quality standards for drinking water. It explains what has to be done for water sampling, bacteriological and physio-chemical controls, and who is subject.

Regulation amending the Regulation respection the quality of drinking water

Amendments to the Regulation include changes in frequency of bacteriological monitoring in communities of 21 to 1000 people, and extension of deadlines for water treatment plant upgrades and recognition of operator competence.
